Jimmie Johnson

Jimmie Johnson hasn’t won a race since last June — and over that time, he has slipped from being one of NASCAR’s household names to someone who has a hard time even contending, as he has finished no better than 14th in five of his last six events. However, Bristol Motor Speedway is a great track for him, as he has finished in the top 10 in six of his last eight races here. This could be the week that ends his winless streak.

Kevin Harvick

Kevin Harvick has two wins in the last four races and has top-five finishes in eight of his last 10 races as well. He won the 2016 edition of this race and has made it into the top ten in eight straight appearances at Bristol Motor Speedway. Harvick doesn’t represent a whole lot of value this week, because he’s been racing so well, but he is in a groove right now, and people like that belong on your card.

Kyle Busch

Another hot racer right now remains Kyle Busch. In ten of his last 11 races, Busch has finished in the top five, and in 19 of his last 22 races, he has finished in the top 10. He has taken the checkered flag at this event three times and has won each of his last two races at Bristol Motor Speedway. He won here frequently when driving with the Xfinity Series and the Camping World Truck Series, so you have to leave him on your card.

Joey Logano

Joey Logano has finished outside the top 20 in half of his last six starts, but that gives him some value as he starts to slide down the odds table. Joey Logano is one of the NASCAR Betting favorites to win the 2018 Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race. He has won this race two times in the last four years and has six top-10 finishes in his last eight races at Bristol Motor Speedway. He has only won once in 2018 and could easily do it again on Saturday night.

Clint Bowyer

Clint Bowyer has cracked the top 15 in seven of his last nine starts; despite the fact that he only has two wins this year, a lot of that has had to do with hard luck down the stretch. He is winless in his career at Bristol Motor Speedway but has been in the top 10 here in four of his last six races here, including a second-place finish at the Food City 500 back in 2017. I’m putting him on my NASCAR Betting card again this week.
