In the Professional Golf Association, the FedExCup Playoffs come to an end this weekend as the 2018 TOUR Championship unfolds at Atlanta’s East Lake Golf Club. The field consists of just 30 players who have gained eligibility on the basis of FedExCup points picked up through the course of the year. This tournament is the last of a series of four events that have winnowed the field down. If any of the top five FedExCup point leaders also win this tournament, they win the FedExCup, but it is possible for the FedExCup champion and the TOUR Championship winner to be two different people. Either way, the winner of this tournament gets a 3-year exemption for all PGA Tour events. Xander Schauffele is the defending champion, having edged out Justin Thomas by one stroke at this same course, which has hosted the TOUR Championship since 2004. Take a look at our 2018 TOUR Championship odds suggestions for this climax to the FedExCup Playoffs.
