New Hampshire Motor Speedway prepares to welcome the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series on Sunday with the 2019 Foxwwods Resort Casino 301, the “Magic Mile” hosting its 48th event. Rusty Wallace won the first Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 back in 1993, and Kevin Harvick returns as the defending champion, as this was one of his eight wins in 2018. The track layout at New Hampshire Motor Speedway makes passing difficult, so getting good track position is a must. We have your NASCAR odds for the drivers as well as suggestions for your wager cards.

Kyle Busch

Busch finished as the runner-up in Kentucky last week, just inches away from his fifth victory of the season. He has 11 top-five finishes in 19 races in 2019, with 735 Monster Energy Cup points. He has three wins at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in 27 career races on this track.

Martin Truex Jr.

Truex Jr. has had two disappointing results in a row, finishing 22nd in Daytona and 19th in Kentucky. However, he trends to be feast-or-famine and follow up disappointments with solid results. He has never won a race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, but he has four consecutive top-seven finishes on this track. In 2018, he came in fourth in the Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 and finished third here in 2017.

Ryan Newman

Newman is just two points out of the final playoff spot in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series points table. He has been climbing the standings lately, cracking the top ten in four of his last five races, including a ninth-place result in Kentucky last year. In 33 races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, he has three wins and 19 top-ten finishes. As a sleeper here, he offers a ton of value.

Kurt Busch

Busch drew the checkered flag last week for the first time in a long time, eking out a win over his brother Kyle in Kentucky. At New Hampshire Motor Speedway, he has three career wins in 35 starts, along with eight top-five finishes and 15 finishes in the top ten.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Stenhouse Jr. is in the basement of the odds list here, with no wins in 2019 and no finishes suggesting that he is building momentum. However, in his last three races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, he has two top-15 finishes, so maybe the “Magic Mile” will deliver a miracle for him. I would not put down a lot of money on that, though.

Kevin Harvick

Harvick has faded a bit, with just two top-ten finishes in his last five races, and he is still looking for that first win of 2019. However, he had six top-five finishes in his last eight races here, including two victories in his last four races here. He won the Sylvania 300 here 13 years ago as well. So his long drought could come to an end here.

Joey Logano

Logano continues to post one of the more consistent seasons despite a dip lately, with just one top-20 finish in his last three races. He did win the 2009 Foxwoods Resort Casino 301 and won the Sylvania 300 here in 2014. With six top-10 finishes in his last eight races on this track, this could be his week to deliver — and give you some value.

William Byron

Byron is an interesting sleeper pick here. He has never won a Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, he has won here twice, in the 2015 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East and the 2016 UNOH 175, as well as finishing third at the Lakes Region 200 here in 2017. So he knows the track and has some success… and could deliver a huge payout.
