The Browns have been unable to do anything right for a long time now, and there were many who questioned their drafting of Johnny Manziel, with fears that the media attention and off the field antics and brings with him would be a nightmare. The way the organization handled the situation was impeccable and seemed to set the tone for the season. The Browns are now 2 games above .500 in one of the toughest divisions in football, and have a legitimate shot at postseason play. They are going to have to find a way to pull themselves up, though, as they have lost 2 of their last 3, and have not looked particularly good in those games.

It looks like being a tough match-up for the Browns this weekend as they welcome in Andrew Luck and the red-hot Indianapolis Colts. The decision to draft Andrew Luck and ditch Peyton Manning looks like it is going to pan out for the Colts. Luck has been nothing short of amazing this season, throwing for 34 TD’s and just 11 INT’s, whilst also leading the Colts to the number 1 passing offense in the league. If they had a running game that could come anywhere close to being great, this team would be virtually unstoppable.
BETTING ODDS
The Colts may be on the road this week, but they are still favored by 2.5-points. Indianapolis are a bettors dream this season, going 9-3 ATS, whilst also putting together a 4-1 ATS mark while playing on the road. They are also 7-2 ATS versus conference opponents. Cleveland is just 6-5 ATS this season, but have performed better when installed as an underdog, going 4-2 ATS in those games. These two have only met once during the past three seasons, and it was the Colt winning SU and ATS in a game played in Indianapolis.
Game Odds:
COLTS: -3½-110, OV 49 ½ -110, ML -190
BROWNS: +3½-110, UN 49 ½ -110, ML +160
The Browns offense has been sputtering in the past few weeks, and they are actually beginning to be looking at a bit of a QB controversy for the first time this season. No such thing exists for the Colts, for they go as Luck does. He has been lights out, which is why I like the Colts -2.5.
