Brad Keselowski had not won a NASCAR Cup Series race in 110 starts, but he was able to turn back the clock on Sunday, roaring to victory at the Goodyear 400 at Darlington Raceway. He was able to get around pole winner Tyler Reddick and Keselowski’s teammate, Chris Buescher. The win was Keselowski’s first as a principal owner of RFK Racing, his second career win at Darlington Raceway, and the 36th overall Cup Series win of his storied career. He beat runner-up Ty Gibbs by 1.214 seconds. Coming out of the last restart on Lap 261 of 293, Keselowski stayed right with Reddick and ran him up the track through Turn 3. For four laps in a row, the two dueled next to one another, and Buescher took advantage to take the lead at the start of Lap 264. Reddick pulled away to chase Buescher, and Keselowski decided to bide his time and wait for his chance. On Lap 284, Reddick made a move for the lead and ended up running into Buescher, and both cars took too much damage to keep their pace, giving Keselowski the opportunity to take the lead in Lap 285. Gibbs’ second-place finish was a career-best; he also took second in Stage 1 and third in Stage 2. This week, NASCAR is at North Wilkesboro Speedway in North Carolina for the All-Star race, starting with the Open at 5:30 pm Eastern time, with the telecast on FS1 and the radio call on Motor Racing Network and SiriusXM. The All-Star Race will follow at 8:00 pm ET. Read on to get the sports betting odds for each driver to win the All-Star Race as well as a discussion of the format and our wager card suggestions.

Bet on the NASCAR Lines All-Star Race
The All-Star Race will have 20 drivers in a 200-lap event. Of the 20 drivers, 17 have already clinched spots by winning a points race either in 2023 or 2024, an All-Star Race in the past, or a Cup Series Championship. The All-Star Open is a 100-lap spring that will determine the last three drivers in the All-Star Race. The top two drivers in the Open will advance to the All-Star Race, and the All-Star Fan Vote will pick the 20th driver. The starting grid will come from the results of two 60-lap heat races on Saturday night; the starting positions for those heats will come from the Pit Crew Challenge results on Friday night. The winner of the Pit Crew Challenge will get pole position for both Heat 1 and the All-Star Race. Each team will get ninesets of tires, five “prime” sets that Goodyear developed for the new pavement at North Wilkesboro, and four “option” sets that are softer and will give more speed but wear faster. Drivers have to begin the race with “option” tires and pit for four tires at the halfway point of each race. That should add to the strategy element of this race.
Denny Hamlin
Hamlin is a smart pick even though he doesn’t offer much value. He’s just the hottest driver in the Cup Series right now, and his strategy is elite. He has won three of the last nine races and has three top-five results in a row, all coming on short tracks, including that highlight-reel win at Bristol that motivated the tire rules for the All-Star Race.
Kyle Larson
Larson won his third All-Star Race in the last five events a year ago, leading 145 of 200 laps. Kevin Harvick, who recently retired from the Cup Series, is taking Larson’s place in qualifying because Larson is busy trying to qualify for the Indy 500. Is he distracted? That’s a hard argument to make, but it does explain his slightly longer odds.
Ty Gibbs
Want a dark horse? Take a look at Gibbs. He took advantage of the chaos at Darlington last week as well and took second place. If he can take first or second in an All-Star Open that won’t have the 17 drivers who have already qualified for the All-Star Race, he would get into that field of 20, and all Gibbs needs is a chance.
