Sci Aps 200 Odds and Betting Lines for Xfinity Race Series this Weekend

It’s time to get our latest Xfinity Series Odds! On Saturday, Sam Mayer drove the No. 1 car to victory at the HyVee Perks 250, the debut of the Xfinity Series at Iowa Speedway. Mayer beat Riley Herbst by 0.146 seconds in overtime in a finish that left Herbst with hard feelings.

Sam Mayer had snatched the lead when John H. Nemechek hit the outside wall in Turn 4 after racing close to Sheldon Creed. That led to the race’s ninth caution and added a three-lap overtime. Mayer and Herbst started the overtime neck-and-neck, but then Mayer swept Herbst off Turn 2. Mayer now has two wins in 2024 and six Xfinity Series wins overall – all in the last 29 events. This week, NASCAR is at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and the Xfinity Series event is the Sci Aps 200, set for Saturday at 3:30 pm Eastern time.

USA has the telecast, or you can listen on PRN or the SiriusXM app. Read on to get our sports betting insights on Saturday’s race.

Bet on the Xfinity Series Sci Aps 200 Odds

Austin Hill Xfinity Odds +2000

Hill has two wins this season among nine top-ten finishes. His average finish of the season is 7.54, showing that he is almost always near the top at the end of the race. His average finish at New Hampshire is 5.00, showing that he can deal well with the 1.058-mile oval.

His average race position here is 11.12; on short tracks overall, it is somewhat better (10.12), so he’s an interesting value pick here.

Cole Custer Xfinity Odds +730

Custer has six top-ten finishes so far in 2024. He has an average race position of 4.90 for his career at New Hampshire, but either bad luck or inconsistency down the stretch (or perhaps a bit of both) has struck him in the Granite State because his average finish here is just 22.00.

If you look at his results on similar short tracks, though, that average race position is also solid (5.13). So he knows how to race well on these tracks – it may just be a matter of finishing. Is he due?

Chandler Smith Xfinity Odds +510

Smith has two wins among eight top-ten finishes in Xfinity Series racing this year, with an average finish of 10.69. He took second in his only other career race at New Hampshire, and his average race position was 5.49. On other short tracks, his combined average race position has been 7.19, showing that he is a smart pick here.

Sheldon Creed Xfinity Odds +1700

Creed is still looking for that first Xfinity Series win. He has seven top-ten finishes and has developed a reputation for finishing second. His short-track average race position is 10.93; at New Hampshire, it is 8.84 for his career, and his average finish here has been 13.00.

I expect him to be there in the midfield, but I’m not sure, he’s there at the end.

AJ Allmendinger Xfinity Odds +5800

Allmendinger has a reputation as a road-course expert, but he also does well on short tracks, with a career average race position of 8.52 on this type of oval. At New Hampshire, that drops to 10.20, though, with an average finish position of 20.00.

Check him out when the Xfinity Series is back on a road course, but I wouldn’t bet much on him here.
