Time to win this weekend with our Xfinity Series Odds! Shane van Gisbergen raced to victory on Saturday at The Loop 110, the Xfinity Series race through the streets of Chicago.
He has now won three straight races on road courses and has two wins on the 2.2-mile course in the Windy City.
Kyle Larson also dropped to race in the Xfinity Series and gave van Gisbergen a race, but the New Zealander zipped around Ty Gibbs with two laps left and beat him and Larson by 1.287 seconds.
Parker Kligerman came in fourth for his best result of 2024, and Jesse Love rounded out the top five.
This week, NASCAR heads to Pocono Raceway in Long Pond, Pennsylvania.
The Xfinity Series event will start at 3:00 pm Eastern on Saturday, with the telecast on USA TV and the radio call on Motor Racing Network or the SiriusXM app.

William Byron
Byron is dropping down from the Cup Series to get the double. He came in eighth in Chicago after settling for 26th in New Hampshire and 19th in Nashville.
He’s still not where he was early in 2024, when he won three of the first eight Cup Series races.
Pocono has been kind to him before; he snagged pole position in qualification last year in the Cup Series race and led the most laps before dropping back to finish 14th.
However, he doesn’t have a win here in any series since 2016, when he won in the Craftsman Truck Series.
So I’m not sure, he’s offering enough value as the favorite.
^Justin Allgaier
Allgaier also did well in Chicago, coming in ninth in the Xfinity Series race.
That gives him six top-ten finishes in his last eight starts. Now he’s climbed to second in the Xfinity Series standings.
He has never won at Pocono as a Xfinity Series driver. He came in second in 2017 and third in 2021.
In 2022, he qualified for the pole but finished seventh. The layout here is unique, but his consistent racing lately should pay off here.
^Cole Custer
Custer is still the top driver in the Xfinity Series standings, even though he came in 18th in Chicago.
That’s not bad on a road course, but Custer only has four finishes outside the top ten in all of 2024.
At Pocono, he qualified for the pole in 2018 and 2019, coming in fifth in 2018 and winning the next year.
Last year was a bit of a disappointment as he came in 33rd. He has the speed and talent to get his first victory of 2024.
^Sam Mayer
Mayer is still looking for consistent racing.
He came in 19th in New Hampshire, tenth in Nashville and 19th place in Chicago – but he won in Iowa.
At Pocono, he came in sixth in 2022 and second last year.
^Chandler Smith
Smith only made it five laps at Chicago due to an engine failure and settled for 38th.
He got a win at Pocono in the 2022 Craftsman Truck Series, also leading the most laps.
He came in 20th at Pocono in his first Xfinity Series race on the track.
Coming back with more experience at this level should see him put up a better result.
