Dover International Speedway is set for a full weekend of NASCAR racing. The Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series has the KDI Office Technology 200 on Friday afternoon. Then the Xfinity Series has the Drydene 200 on Saturday — and another Drydene 200 on Sunday. The NASCAR Cup Series also has a doubleheader, with the Drydene 311 set for Saturday — and again for Sunday. In both cases, the Xfinity Series event starts around lunchtime, with the Cup Series events both set for 4:00 pm Eastern time.

We have the full schedule for you, as well as our NASCAR betting thoughts for each race.

Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series

KDI Office Technology 200

Friday, August 21
5:00 pm ET, FS1

Brett Moffitt starts on the pole; after him, the order is Sheldon Creed, Austin Hill, Matt Crafton, Raphael Lessard, Tyler Ankrum, Zane Smith, Grant Enfinger, Christian Eckes, and Ben Rhodes. There is no qualifying for this race; position is based on race finish the last week, position in the point standings, and the fastest lap in a race. None of the NASCAR Cup Series drivers have entered this race, as they have a doubleheader of their own for the weekend.

Sheldon Creed won last week at Daytona International Speedway. The layout at Dover is a one-mile concrete oval, featuring 24-degree banking on the turns and 9-degree banking on the straightaways. It’s called the “Monster Mile,” much shorter than the 2 ½-mile track at Daytona. Can Moffitt turn the pole position into a victory?

Martin Truex Jr has come in third in five consecutive races, so he might be due for a breakthrough here.
