LNG Esports (1.9) vs Vici Gaming (1.9) (5:00 am ET)
LNG Esports has won six of the seven meetings with Vici Gaming. However, Vici Gaming won the last meeting, in LPL Spring 2020 Group Stage (Week 5-7) play. LNG Esports comes in on a two-game losing streak, having fallen to eStar Gaming and Oh My God. Vici Gaming has also struggled in the summer season, opening with a win over Bilibili Gaming but then losing to Royal Never Give Up, Team WE and Victory Five. This is an evenly matched game between two teams that are not consistent. In this case, I will go with the team that has done better in the rivalry.
- League of Legends LPL Final Prediction: LNG Esports wins
JD Gaming (1.136) vs Rogue Warriors (5.75) (7:00 am ET)
JD Gaming has won six of the last seven meetings with Rogue Warriors. Rogue Warriors’ lone win in that stretch came in LPL Summer 2019 Group Stage (Week 6-11) play. JD Gaming has dropped three of their last five matches, including a 2-2 start in LPL Summer 2020 Group Stage play. They beat Suning Gaming and Dominus Esports while falling to Royal Never Give Up and Top Esports. Rogue Warriors is still looking for their first win in the summer season, having lost to Top Esports, Invictus Gaming, Suning Gaming and Team WE. Based on that combination of rivalry and form, I’m going with the favorites.
