Carlos Carrasco takes the hill for the Tribe in the second game of the season. He has a career record of 33-48 and a career ERA of 4.08. He had a 29% strike-out rate last year, fourth behind Clayton Kershaw, Chris Sale and Max Scherzer. His fastball is a blazing 96 mph, and he can throw his slider, change and curve for strikes. He is just coming into his own as a potentially dominant starter, and he should be able to mow his way through a Red Sox lineup that, frankly, is on the elderly side. Clay Buchholz is a legitimate ace, and he’s starting this game for the Sox.
