Warriors-Blazers NBA Lines Waiting On Key Injury Updates

Written by on March 23, 2015

Fans of the Atlanta Hawks and Golden State Warriors are probably more than a little excited about the play of their respective teams this season, but there is also probably a little bit of caution in their celebratory tone. Sure, both teams have put together seasons that are among the best in franchise history and their NBA lines are through the roof, but that will all be for nothing if they go out in the early rounds of the playoffs. Time: Tuesday, 10:30 p.m. ET Venue: Moda Center, Portland National TV: TNT Opening line: TBA blazers-warriors-nba-lines

NBA Lines Analysis and Game Preview

The Warriors look to have the Western Conference in the bag, but they have to be looking at their potential first round match-ups with a little bit of trepidation. There is a distinct possibility that the Oklahoma City Thunder or the defending champion San Antonio Spurs could be in their future. Even with the postseason just a few weeks away, the Warriors look as though they are fully focused on putting together the best season record possible. They are 9-1 in their last 10 games, and are currently on a 5-game winning streak, and all while resting some of their key players along the way. What has to be particularly pleasing for the Warriors is the way that they have been playing better on the defensive side of the court as of late, and all while maintaining their standing as the best offensive team in the NBA.
There is a lot of jockeying for position going on in the west right now, and the Portland Trail Blazers are not doing a lot to help their cause. Portland is currently holding the 4th seed in the west, but are watching as the pack behind them is quickly closing the gap. This is because they have gone 5-5 in their last 10, which includes the 4 game losing streak that they are currently mired in. The Trail Blazer are in the top 10 in scoring and points against, but they are seeing the latter number drop off due to the fact that they have been taking some rather unpleasant beatings of late. They have a tough stretch of games coming up, starting with the visit of the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night, and they run the risk of falling out of the top 4 if they cannot get out of this funk. blazers-warriors-nba-lines

What Should You Bet On?

Golden State are the hottest team in basketball right now, and I think they will keep that hot run going when they travel to Portland. The Warriors already have a 95-90 win over Portland this season, and I think the winning margin will be even bigger this time around.
