The Villanova Wildcats (27-2, 14-2) are currently ranked #4 in the nation, which would give them a very solid footing in the tournament. The two games that they have left in the regular season are games that they most certainly should win without any real trouble, as they are against teams that they have already beaten handily earlier in the season. It has actually been some time since Villanova have been pushed to their limits. Their last loss came at the hands of Georgetown back on Jan 19th, and since then they have managed to roll off 10 straight wins. They have been racking up some decent offensive stats during this run, which is something they are likely going to have to continue if they want to make a deep run into the tournament. Next up for Villanova are the Creighton Bluejays (13-16, 4-12). It has not been a particularly good year for Creighton, particularly in conference play, where they have been routinely outmatched.
