The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets head north take on the #11 Louisville Cardinals on Tuesday night in ACC basketball action. The Yellow Jackets (17-12) are in 11th place in the ACC and are coming off a 76-71 win at Boston College on Saturday. The Cardinals (22-7) are in third place in the ACC and just lost at #12 Miami on Saturday by the score of 73 to 65. Remember to be on the lookout for more NCAA basketball odds by clicking here.

Why Should You Bet on the Cardinals?

If you’ve been following my preview articles for a while now, you’re familiar with my Angry Revenge Theory. If not, this involves a contender losing a disappointing game and then getting to face one of the bottom-feeders in their conference in their next matchup. In their loss to Miami, Louisville surrendered a 12-0 run, seeing a 62-58 lead turn into a 70-62 deficit, and the Hurricanes held on for the win from that point. Now the Cardinals get Georgia Tech at home. While the Yellow Jackets aren’t as far down the ladder as, say, Boston College, they are far enough down to expect a whipping from the frustrated Cardinals at home.

Why Should You Put Your Money on Georgia Tech?

georgia-tech-vs-louisville-ncaab-betting-prediction I wouldn’t take the Yellow Jackets straight up in this game by any means. But if I could get a 15- or 20-point line? I might think about it. After all, Marcus Georges-Hunt is one of the best streak shooters in the ACC. Against Boston College, he was a perfect seven for seven from the field, scoring 23 points. The Yellow Jackets are on a bit of a run right now, having won four straight and five of their last six. So they could give Louisville a bit of a challenge, but I see them fading fast in the second half.

Expert Pick and Final Score Prediction

I like Louisville to take Georgia Tech to the woodshed in this game. I’m predicting a big Cardinals win, 90-71.
