As has been the case since starting QB Trevor Knight suffered a season-ending injury, the Aggies lacked a fine leadership in their offense, with backup QB Jake Hubenak struggling to make good use of his talented receivers. A&M’s run offense has equally not been at its best lately, and with LSU owning a run-stuffing D that ranks 14th in the nation, it doesn’t look like the Texas runners will be having a better outing this week. The onus, therefore, is on Hubenak to get his game going as early as possible. More than that, the crowd at College Station must also play its part, along with a constant support from A&M’s defense in regards to slowing down Fournette and gang.
