Coming into 2021, we thought that the Cleveland Browns would be the upstarts pushing the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North. Instead, that role has fallen to the Cincinnati Bengals, who have already shellacked the Ravens in Baltimore. Cleveland could only muster 10 points at home against Pittsburgh in an ugly loss on Sunday, as the offensive line could not protect Baker Mayfield and could not open up holes for Nick Chubb against a Pittsburgh defense that is not elite. The Browns head to Cincinnati this week, and the smart money has Joe Burrow leading his team to another victory.

NFL News: Week 9 Odds, Overview & Predictions to Win Each Game
Bye Week: Detroit, Seattle, Tampa Bay, Washington
Thursday, November 4
N.Y. Jets (+11.5) at Indianapolis Colts (8:20 pm ET, FOX/NFL Network)
Yes, the J-E-T-S knocked of Cincinnati last week, 34-31, after a mammoth day from backup quarterback Mike White. White will return this week as Zach Wilson will miss at least one more game with a PCL strain. Carson Wentz looked good against Tennessee until he didn’t, throwing a bizarre pick-six that brought the Titans back and then throwing another pick in overtime.

Sunday, November 7 (1:00 pm ET Games)
Cleveland Browns (+2.5) at Cincinnati Bengals (CBS)
The Browns are now 4-4. Odell Beckham Jr’s dad is trashing Baker Mayfield on social media. The Cleveland defense will challenge the Bengals, but Cleveland’s offense just can’t keep up.
Bengals to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Denver Broncos (+7) at Dallas Cowboys (FOX)
Dak Prescott will return at quarterback, having had three weeks to recover from a calf strain. Denver has dropped two in a row on the road. Their scoring defense is second best in the NFL, but they just traded Von Miller to the Rams.
Cowboys to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Las Vegas Raiders (-3) at N.Y. Giants (CBS)
The Greatness is 2-0 since Jon Gruden packed his bags, and the Giants are playing at home on a short week. The Raiders come in off the bye and take advantage of a Giants team still finding its way through a rebuild.
Raiders to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Houston Texans (+7) at Miami Dolphins (FOX)
Neither team scores very much, and both are on seven-game losing streaks. Both teams have a -4 turnover ratio. Can the Dolphins beat Houston by seven or more, though?
Texans to cover : Bet the Game Today
Atlanta Falcons (+5.5) at New Orleans Saints (FOX)
The Saints beat Tampa Bay with Trevor Siemian at quarterback. Siemian might start again with Jameis Winston done for the season after that ACL tear, or Taysom Hill might start, back from the concussion protocol. New Orleans has only covered once as a favorite, but they have beaten the Falcons three straight times.
Falcons to cover : Bet the Game Today
Minnesota Vikings (+5.5) at Baltimore Ravens (FOX)
The Vikings have played well on the road, even though their offense has been up and down. Baltimore went into the bye after getting routed at home by the Bengals, so you can expect the Ravens to be ready to deliver a lesson.
Ravens to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
New England Patriots (-3) at Carolina Panthers (CBS)
The Patriots have won three of four, with the only loss coming in overtime against Dallas. Mac Jones continues to grow into the starting quarterback role. After beating the Chargers in a grindfest last week, the Patriots do the same thing against the Panthers.
Patriots to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Buffalo Bills (-14) at Jacksonville Jaguars (CBS)
Five of the Bills’ wins have come by double digits, thanks to Josh Allen’s offense and a defense that permits just 15.6 points per game. This is a huge spread, but the Bills have been demolishing the league’s bottom feeders.
Bills to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Sunday, November 7 (4:05 / 4:35 pm ET Games)
L.A. Chargers (-3) at Philadelphia Eagles (CBS)
Philadelphia is 0-3 at the Linc this season, and the Chargers are 2-1 on the road and will be ready to get back in the win column after underperforming in a two-game losing streak.
Chargers to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Green Bay Packers (+2.5) at Kansas City Chiefs (FOX)
Aaron Rodgers will miss this game due to COVID-19, so you might want to bet on the Chiefs before this line widens too far. Don’t expect too much out of the Kansas City offense, though, because opponents have figured out that if you leave two safeties deep and don’t blitz, the Chiefs’ O-line can’t protect anyway. The Chiefs’ defense looks like Swiss cheese, although they did stiffen late against the…Giants.
Chiefs to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Arizona Cardinals (-2.5) at San Francisco 49ers (FOX)
In the desert, San Francisco hung around with the Cardinals, losing 17-10. Eli Mitchell has run for over 100 yards in two straight weeks. Kyler Murray will be ready to amp things up after that weird pick at the end of the Green Bay loss last week.
Cardinals to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Tennessee Titans (+7.5) at L.A. Rams (8:20 pm ET, NBC)
Derrick Henry is done for the year, and he is the driving force in the Titans’ offense. Yes, Ryan Tannehill can make plays, but without a serious running game, the Titans won’t be able to keep up with the Rams.
Rams to win and cover : Bet the Game Today
Monday Night Football
Chicago Bears (+6.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers (8:15 pm ET, ESPN)
Don’t look now, but the Steelers have won three in a row. Pittsburgh will do its best to overwhelm Justin Fields with a pass rush led by T.J. Watt, who has 8 ½ sacks so far on the season. But can Ben Roethlisberger really lead this offense to a rousing win?
Bears to cover : Bet the Game Today
