Upsets dominated NFL sports betting in Week 9 — but the favorites are picked to win for a reason. You don’t get as much value when you pick a favorite and end up winning, because your risk is less. However, favorites still line your pockets when you pick them correctly. WE’ve put together a list of favorites from Week 10 action that we think you should take.

NFL News: Favorites You Should Pick in Week 10
Baltimore Ravens (-7.5) at Miami Dolphins
Baltimore -380 / Miami +300
Thursday, November 11
This line opened at Baltimore -7 and has already slid another half-point toward the visitors. There are some reasons to like the Dolphins here — Baltimore is traveling on a short week, and they had to expend a lot of energy to come back and defeat Minnesota in overtime. However, the connection that Lamar Jackson and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown have in the passing game is starting to take off, and while the Ravens have lost three tailbacks to injury this season, it seems like they always have two or three more ready to come on the field and carry the ball.
Miami had a surprisingly solid 2020, finishing 10-6. However, they just got their second win of 2021 last week, against an even worse Houston team. Tua Tagovailoa (finger) is not expected to start at quarterback again this week, which means another week of the conservative play of Jacoby Brissett. That might work against the likes of the Jets, but the Ravens are an AFC contender. They should be able to take control of this game.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-9.5) at Washington Football Team
Tampa Bay -450 / Washington +350
Sunday, November 14
Both teams come out of the bye to face one another. Washington is still trying to ride Taylor Heinicke as their starting quarterback and attempting to fix their once-elite defense on the fly. Tampa Bay lost at New Orleans due to turnovers two weeks ago — even though the Buccaneers knocked out New Orleans starting quarterback Jameis Winston and then saw Trevor Siemian complete just enough clutch passes to beat them. Of course, Atlanta was able to go to New Orleans this past week and beat Siemian and the Saints.
What should you expect? This is a perfect situation for Tom Brady to come out with an immense chip on his shoulder and start dealing out punishment with the offense. Tampa Bay can deal with the running game and can get enough pressure on Heinicke so that he will not have enough time to get rid of the ball to a Washington receiver down the field. I like the Bucs to come out early, establish a rhythm and run Washington out of their own football stadium.

Seattle Seahawks at Green Bay Packers (-4)
Green Bay -175 / Seattle +150
Sunday, November 14
This pick comes with an asterisk — and that asterisk has to do with Aaron Rodgers’ availability at quarterback. His 10-day quarantine mandated by his positive COVID-19 test and his status as an unvaccinated player ends Saturday, and if he tests negative, he could conceivably play. Would rust be a factor? It’s hard to imagine what seems (based on Rodgers’ numerous media appearances during his quarantine) to be a largely asymptomatic case keeping Rodgers down for long.
Seattle could also get their starting quarterback back, as Russell Wilson’s recovery from finger surgery has taken place at lightning speed. Wilson will also be rusty, and while he has plenty of talent running routes down the field, the inconsistent running game and the inconsistent defense will doom Seattle.
