Bet $100 on NFL Week 3: Props & Futures Guide with Xbet

NFL Week 3 Props to Win this weekend! Aaron Rodgers proved his elite status as he led the New York Jets to a decisive 24-3 victory over the New England Patriots, extinguishing any doubts about his capabilities as a franchise quarterback.

Rodgers played the third game in 11 days without injury signs. Defense shut down Patriots. He scrambled and threw off-balance accurately.

Is Aaron Rodgers and the Jets a good bet for sports betting after Week 3? Signs indicate yes, as Rodgers resembles the successful Green Bay Packers quarterback who won a Super Bowl and NFC Championships.

As you look at the game schedule for the rest of the Week 3 slate, there are some props that you should consider.

We’ll also look at some futures lines that seem promising.

NFL Week 3 Props and Futures: Ways to Bet $100 | 2024/25 Season

Skylar Thompson UNDER 193.5 passing yards

Thompson, formerly of Kansas State, is now the Miami starter due to Tagovailoa’s multiple concussions suffered during a game.

Miami heads northwest to take on the Seattle Seahawks, and the yardage total for Thompson is 193.5 passing yards.

That’s not an overly ambitious number until you consider that He went just 8 of 14 for 80 yards in the second half against the Bills.

Seattle’s defense held New England’s Jacoby Brissett to 149 passing yards in a Week 2 victory. Brissett has more NFL experience than Thompson.

I see the Seahawks’ defense putting the clamps on Thompson, despite the fact that he has both Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle running routes for him.

NFL Week 3 Props Sam Darnold UNDER 220.5 passing yards

Darnold is the starter in Minnesota after J.J. McCarthy suffered a season-ending injury during the preseason.

The change seems to have benefited Darnold tremendously as he looks like the quarterback he was at USC, confident and making accurate throws on short, intermediate and long routes.

Last week, he led the Vikings to an upset victory over the San Francisco 49ers, passing for 268 yards.

However, this week, the Vikings see the Houston Texans. That defense got to Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams over and over last week, posting seven sacks on a fairly mobile quarterback.

Sam isn’t as mobile as Williams, so it’s hard to see him cracking 200 passing yards, let alone touching this total.

Najee Harris OVER 13.5 carries

The Alabama product has led the Pittsburgh Steelers for the last two games, carrying the ball 20 times in their Week 1 win over Atlanta and 17 times in their win over Denver.

Justin Fields will start at quarterback again, as Russell Wilson (calf) is still on the shelf. That suggests more of a running emphasis in their offense.

Nico Collins OVER 70.5 receiving yards

The Houston Texans made waves when they traded for Stefon Diggs, adding to a wide receiver room that already had Tank Dell and Nico Collins.

While Diggs has gotten the press, Collins has taken advantage of the presence of the All-Pro to get open more often. He has 252 receiving yards through two weeks, tops in the NFL.

He was on the field for 84% of the offensive snaps in last week’s win over the Bears. He led Houston in receiving yards (135), targets (10) and routes run (36).

^

Amari Cooper OVER 46.5 receiving yards

Yes, Cooper is still one of the elite wide receivers in the NFL. Yes, he has a grand total of 27 receiving yards after two games.

However, the Browns have played the Dallas Cowboys (tough pass rush) and the Jacksonville Jaguars (tough pass rush).

The Browns’ quarterback, Deshaun Watson, would likely be on the bench for Week 3 if it were not for the mammoth size of his guaranteed contract.

Cooper has gotten a lot of targets (17 through Week 2), and Watson looked marginally better against the Jaguars.

This time around, he will run routes against a New York Giants defense that has a tough front seven but a Swiss-cheese secondary.

If Watson can get just a little time in the pocket, Cooper should be set for a big day.

New Orleans Saints UNDER 10.5 wins

The Saints routed both Carolina and Dallas in Weeks 1 and 2. Their win total at the start of the regular season was just 7.5.

Why? Derek Carr’s lackluster performance as a quarterback has been overshadowed by his tendency to throw costly interceptions, similar to Phillip Rivers’ reputation with the Chargers.

Books have increased win total by three games in first two weeks. Overreaction seen due to expectations of Saints beating Panthers and win over Dallas being perceived as phenomenal.

The Dallas defense is soft against the run. We didn’t see that in Week 1 because the Cowboys were playing a Browns team that had a lot of injuries on the O-line.

In Week 2, team faced Saints’ tough offense. Undersized defense had trouble stopping Kamara, who may not keep up 4 TDs/week.

Also, Carr is bound to return to earth at some point in the area of ball security.

The NFC South (except for Carolina) is a tough division; Tampa Bay and Atlanta will give the Saints all they can handle.

New Orleans defeated Dallas but will face tough NFC East teams. AFC West games may cost Saints three losses.

Saints play Browns in November. Game may include Chubb, Watson, or Winston leading. Achieving 11 wins will be tough.

Cincinnati Bengals (+210) to win the AFC North

At this point, all four AFC North teams look like they have major problems to fix.

Steelers’ QB injured, team 2-0. Bengals start slow, lost to New England and gave up late lead in Kansas City.

Baltimore is also 0-2 after losing a tough game in Kansas City and then giving away a double-digit fourth-quarter lead at home to Las Vegas.

Cleveland is 1-1, but they basically had to grind their way to a win in Jacksonville.

So why would we pick a team that started 0-2 to win the division, given the fact that losing in Weeks 1 and 2 has basically meant you weren’t going to the playoffs?

Well, the Bengals started by bumbling their way in Week 1, literally messing up two touchdown plays on the same drive, ending by a player fumbling the ball on his way into the end zone.

In Week 2, they took on the class of the AFC when they faced the Chiefs down at Arrowhead. They looked much more together on both sides of the ball, a trend that should continue into Week 3.

The Ravens are having mental issues closing games, the Browns have major quarterback issues, and the Steelers are behind the rest of the division on the talent curve.

One Joe Burrow gets his head on straight, and both Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are on the field, the Bengals will start rolling.
