The year 2020 has brought many changes to the National Football League, but one of the most unpleasant changes has been the jump in injuries over the first three weeks of the season. In Week 2 alone, seven different players, including San Francisco edge rusher Nick Bosa and New York Giants tailback Saquon Barkley, tore an ACL and are done for the season.

2020 Week 3 | Top Injury Report
The Seattle Seahawks saw multiple injuries in their win over Dallas. Safety Jamal Adams went out in the second half with a groin strain. Tailback Chris Carson left in the fourth quarter after spraining a knee. Guards Damien Lewis (ankle) and Mike Iupati (knee) also did not finish the game, although Lewis’ X-rays came back negative. Linebacker Jordyn Brooks also left with a knee sprain.
The Philadelphia Eagles lost tight end Dallas Goedert, who has taken over the primary receiving role from Zach Ertz, to an ankle injury early in their game against Cincinnati. The team is waiting for results of an MRI. Wide receiver DeSean Jackson and cornerback Avonte Maddox are also on the shelf with hamstring and ankle ailments, respectively.
After losing four starters in Week 2, the San Francisco 49ers lost two more players against the Giants. Cornerback Emmanuel Moseley left with a concussion in the first half, and tight end Jordan Reed (ankle, knee) came out during the second half. The 49ers had already lost George Kittel before their Week 3 game.
The Washington Football Team saw Matthew Ioannidis (arm) and blue-chip rookie Chase Young (groin), both defensive ends, leave early in their loss to Cleveland.
L.A. Rams safety Jordan Fuller hurt his shoulder in their game in Buffalo, leaving the game early.
N.Y. Giants safety Jabrill Peppers rolled an ankle against San Francisco and was not able to return.
Tennessee Titans tackle Taylor Lewan injured a shoulder against Minnesota and had to ride a cart into the locker room. He did not return to the game.
Atlanta Falcons wideout Russell Gage had a head injury against Chicago and did not return. Defensive tackle Grady Jarrett is questionable for Week 4 with a hip injury.
The Cleveland Browns lost three players in their game against Washington: cornerback Denzel Ward (groin), linebacker Tae Davis (elbow) and wide receiver JoJo Natson (knee).
The Pittsburgh Steelers lost wide receiver Diontae Johnson to a possible concussion and remains questionable for Week 4. Fullback Derek Watt (hamstring) had to leave the game early as well.
The Las Vegas Raiders lost wide receivers Rico Gafford (hamstring) and Bryan Edwards (ankle), along with defensive tackle Daniel Ross (foot) in their game against New England.
The Buffalo Bills lost offensive tackle Dion Dawkins (shoulder) and wide receiver John Brown (calf) in their comeback win over the Rams.
The Chicago Bears lost tailback Tarik Cohen for the season with a torn ACL.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost wide receiver Chris Godwin (hamstring) in the third quarter against Denver and did not return. They also lost cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting (groin and hamstring).
The Indianapolis Colts lost wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr (ankle) in their Week 3 victory over the Jets.
The New York Jets lost linebacker Jordan Willis (ankle) and offensive tackle Mekhi Becton (shoulder) against Indianapolis.
The Green Bay Packers did not have linebacker Christian Kirksey (shoulder) in Week 3 against New Orleans, and he remains questionable for Week 4.
The New Orleans Saints lost offensive guard Andrus Peat (ankle) in the second quarter against Green Bay, and he is questionable for Week 4.
The Carolina Panthers lost cornerback Donte Jackson (toe) during their game against the Chargers.
The Los Angeles Chargers lost wide receiver Mike Williams (hamstring), offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga (back) and cornerback Chris Harris Jr (foot) against Carolina.
