The top-ranked and lone undefeated team in the nation, the Minnesota Vikings, will be taking a deserved break to reflect on their dominance so far. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, coming off a morale-boosting win over the Cam Newton-less Carolina Panthers, will also be joining the Vikes in taking the week off. Across the league, the rest of the teams will be involved in a 15-game Week 6 NFL marathon running from Thursday Night to Monday Night. Below we sample our top NFL betting SU picks for the week.

Top NFL Week 6 SU Picks

Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans

NFL Week 7 SU Pick: Colts The Texans have faltered in each and every one of their big tests this season, save for the home win over the Chiefs—who I am not sure belong to the big boys category anymore. Up next in the H Town is the equally sputtering Colts. But Indy has something Houston doesn’t have; a sure thing in the offense in NFL’s most-paid player Andrew Luck and star wideout T.Y. Hilton, who’ve delivered big-time plays and crucial scores in all games this season. The same cannot be said of Houston’s Brock Osweiler and his out-of- sorts offense. So, even if Houston’s league-best passing defense will be tough to outplay, I’d confidently expect Luck to keep Indy in this game to the very end as he’s done all season, allowing the Colts pull off a narrow upset.

San Francisco 49ers at Buffalo Bills

NFL Week 7 SU Pick: Bills The Bills are streaking on three wins and playing some really sexy football right now, continuing to dominate their opponents with meticulous ruthlessness on both sides of the ball. Rex Ryan’s defense has particularly been impressive in the three-game stretch, allowing just 12.3 PPG, including a shutout of the Patriots in Foxboro. Not to be outdone, the QB-RB combo of Tyrod Taylor and LeSean McCoy has just been solid this season, with the Bills putting up 30-plus points in three of their last four games. San Francisco, meanwhile, has lost four straight since miraculously shutting out the Rams in Week 1. To hopefully change their fortune, the Niners have decided to give Collin Kaepernick the starting QB role. Bringing a new face may change the motivation in the team, but not much is expected to change in San Francisco’s offensive scheme. It should therefore be business as usual here, with Buffalo coming out on top with a rather dominant victory.

Philadelphia Eagles at Washington Redskins

NFL Week 7 SU Pick: Eagles Rookie sensation Carson Wentz hasn’t done much wrong since he was handed the keys to Philadelphia’s offense, and neither has his defense that is allowing just 12.8 points per game. Making matters worse for the high-risk- high-reward Kirk Cousins-led offense that is pass-reliant, the Eagles own the second-best passing defense in the nation. With barely a running game to support Cousins in the offense, it is definitely going to be a long afternoon for hosts in this game.  Yes, the Redskins tend to play really well at home and streaking on three wins will motivate the hosts for a strong show against the Eagles, who are coming off their first loss of the season. But this is the same Washington team that got blown to pieces by the Steelers in Week 1, and then defeated one week late by rookie QB Dak Prescott and the Cowboys, so Wentz and his Eagles should fancy their chances of flying over the Skins this Sunday.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Miami Dolphins

NFL Week 7 SU Pick: Steelers Do I even have to justify this pick? I mean, Ben Roethlisberger is back to doing Big Ben things, Sammy Coates and Antonio Brown are balling like never before in Pittsburgh’s third-ranked passing game, DeAngelo Williams is still a workhorse and Le’Veon Bell doesn’t look to have any rust from his early-season suspension. On the opposite side, Miami ranks dead-last in defending the run, 31st in rushing yards per game, 28th in points scored per game and 24th in passing yards per game. Against the Steelers who haven’t given up more than 16 points in their four wins and are ranked No.3 in the nation in points scored per game, quarterback Ryan Tannehill and the sinking Dolphins should continue to struggle as the streaking Steelers win their third straight game. Other NFL Week 6 SU Leans: Detroit (vs. Los Angeles), Baltimore (at NY Giants), Carolina (at New Orleans), Chicago (vs. Jacksonville), Arizona (vs. NY Jets).
