The headliner was supposed to match Bryce Mitchell against Movsar Evloev in a featherweight tilt, but Evloev had to withdraw in the middle of October due to injury. Marina Rodriguez and Amanda Lemos will take the headliner slot instead, fighting in the strawweight division in a bout that was postponed from UFC 280. Neil Magny will take on Daniel Rodriguez in a welterweight clash that will make up the co-main event. ONE on Prime Video 7: Lineker vs Andrade 2 (Jakarta, Indonesia, 8:00 pm ET)
This has been delayed to February 25 and moved to Thailand. The main event will still feature a rematch between former ONE Bantamweight World Champion John Lineker and the top contender, Fabricio Andrade. This is a rematch from ONE on Prime Video 3 from October, when Lineker lost the title for missing weight and the actual bout ended in a no-contest because Lineker took an accidental groin strike that left him unable to continue. The co-main event will still be a ONE Featherweight Muay Thai World Championship bout featuring the current champ, Tawanchai P.K. Saenchai, and Jamal Yusupov. The rest of the card may change due to the delay in the event.

The headliner of this card is a fit for the UFC Lightweight Championship, with Islam Makhachev set to defend the belt against current UFC Featherweight champ Alexander Volkanovski, who is looking to hold two belts. This is just the eighth time in UFC history that champions from two different divisions are fighting for the same belt. Volkanovski would become just the fourth man and fifth fighter overall in UFC history to hold two belts at the same time.
